Warranty, Delivery and Service

Fiber Laser Welder products will have a one-year warranty on parts only. There will be no labor included in this warranty. Any and all service calls to a customer’s facility will be billable at our current rate.

Fiber FocusTM will provide online and telephone support for the Installation, Training, Service, and Support of the Fiber Focus Laser Welding Machine. Applications training not included. Online and telephone support will be provided for one year from the date of delivery.
