Fiber FocusTM 2000 KW Laser Welding Machine consists of a laser source, energy feedback laser power system, control panel, and beam split. The tool also includes a fiber transfer system, industry TV observation system, cooling system, etc.

LASER SOURCE

Fiber Focus 2000KW Handheld Laser Welding Machine adopts a solid material laser source. It uses a pulse fiber laser, optical resonance cavity, focus cavity, laser power, and cooling filter.

The focus cavity is used to focus the lamp pump beam on working materials. The process yields a higher pump efficiency. The focus cavity of this laser welder uses a gilded reflector with a diffuse reflection tight coupling structure. The cavity surface is coated by a glaze. The  anti-corrosion and anti-aging abilities last the lifetime of the machine.

The optical resonance cavity is the major part of the laser source. It consists of total reflective mirrors and partial reflective mirrors, which are mainly for the 1.064µm beam. Light created by working materials, after being magnified and vibrated between two mirrors, is output by a partial reflective mirror.

The cooling and filter system is an essential addition to the laser source. Only a tiny portion of the light energy input could be converted to laser energy using a solid laser source. Others will be lost in the heat. Our cooling and filter system will remove heat, maintain the proper operating temperature of internal components, and shield the working materials from UV rays.

  • Laser Head Status: It refers to the motor status. The indicator light goes out when the motor is abnormal.
  • Conduction State: It refers to the safety signal fed back after the gun tip touches the metal plate with the alligator clip.
  • Torch Status: The torch status light is on when the operator presses the gun headlight button.
  • Gas: The blowing signal is effective when the manual test light is on (turn off the gas button during automatic welding).
  • Shutter: Control of the laser light signal (the shutter button will automatically close after 15 minutes of inactivity).

LASER CONTROL CARD

It is suitable for all types of laser generators at home and abroad. It has a code switch that can be switched to a 5V laser control signal.

A number of protective measures are introduced to the control signal component to address possible safety threats to consumers resulting from misoperation, wiring faults, or current interferences at the customer site.

Drive

The drive communicates with the laser control card, and the signal is fed back to the liquid crystal display of the gun head.

COOLING SYSTEM

Patent design, double cycle cooling, precise thermal control. It consists of a titanium alloy coil structure, evaporator, and pump. All use high-strength, non-metallic materials or stainless steel to ensure air cooling quality. The cooling compressor makes the 2nd cooling cycle.

WIRE FEEDER

Wire feeder fixture, wire feeding copper nozzle, and welding copper nozzle. The internal structure of the wire feeder adopts a high-precision, fully enclosed, low-speed motor. At the same time, the dual-drive wire feeding structure makes the wire feeding smoother and stronger without wire jamming. The wire feeding regulator and LED screen display real-time wire feeding speed, a high-precision speed control button, and good wire feeding speed controllability.
