The focus cavity is used to focus the lamp pump beam on working materials. The process yields a higher pump efficiency. The focus cavity of this laser welder uses a gilded reflector with a diffuse reflection tight coupling structure. The cavity surface is coated by a glaze. The anti-corrosion and anti-aging abilities last the lifetime of the machine.
The optical resonance cavity is the major part of the laser source. It consists of total reflective mirrors and partial reflective mirrors, which are mainly for the 1.064µm beam. Light created by working materials, after being magnified and vibrated between two mirrors, is output by a partial reflective mirror.
The cooling and filter system is an essential addition to the laser source. Only a tiny portion of the light energy input could be converted to laser energy using a solid laser source. Others will be lost in the heat. Our cooling and filter system will remove heat, maintain the proper operating temperature of internal components, and shield the working materials from UV rays.
It is suitable for all types of laser generators at home and abroad. It has a code switch that can be switched to a 5V laser control signal.
